It's a reasonable decision. The public gets to use the courts without the city having to pay overtime for someone to open them on the weekends.
They should be open all the time. There'd be no need for someone to open the courts if the locks were removed. The public paid for them; the public should get to use them.
The courts should be reserved for the school alone. That's who they were renovated for. The public will just destroy them. We'll have graffiti on the courts and ripped nets before you know it.
