The politicians have been talking for years, and they'll just continue flapping their gums. They're all talk, no action.
The state has invested too much into the plan for it not to happen.
It'll happen eventually. None of us will be alive to see it, but it'll happen.
The state should cut its losses and abandon the project. It'll cost more than $1 billion now, and we just don't have the money.
