The initial legislation to designate the entire river as Wild & Scenic was introduced in 2000, some 3 years BEFORE THE LNG PROPOSAL!
Instead of thinking about what the tourist r looking at they need to clean up the city so it can start growing again. Get more jobs. etc.and most of all get its pride back.
