I think the phone manufacturers and the phone co.'s should be made to discontinue this option as stats show texting while driving kills people.

It is not only the kids! The adults are giving the worst example of cell phone and texting while driving. I commute 3 hrs a day, and they drive into the wrong lanes and come straight at you. It's like "dodgems" at 75-80 mph.

Today kids think nothing will ever happen 2 them until they or a friend gets hurt. i know so many around my age or younger say "it will never happen 2 me", but so many of my friends have died from not paying attention or getting killed from drunk drivers.

The only thing you should be doing while driving is driving. Its not only teens that do this, it makes me furious when an adult does these things while driving. Lets not just blame the teens, lets put the blame where it belongs w/adults who know better!!!

Kids have no brains today.All they worry about is how they look and and acting stupid.They should not be driving until 21 no exceptions. Especially the girls their even dumber always textin lookin for the boys grow up and get off the road idiots!!!!

Young kids have always thought they are invincible- so they drink, do drugs and text & drive like maniacs, cause nothing can hurt them. By the time they find out how vulnerable they really are, it`s too late. they end up crippled or disfigured, or dead...
All I hear about now a day is fatalities behind the wheels involving young adults. I hope they will raise the age for a license & hoping that they will be mature enough to exercise care when driving. Cell phones should be banned while driving permanently.
