No scratching of crotches or spitting is allowed during play. A team will accrue penalties of they have more than 3 offenses an inning. After that, an out will be attributed to that team's next at-bat

A game is 2 hrs. or 7 inninngs, which ever comes 1'st. Games can end in a tie..even a scoreless tie. There is no free "Betterball"
I like keeping a games length to two hours but with a time limit how do you keep teams from stalling to kill the clock?

Here's a suggestion:
Batters can only use 1 bat per game. If the batter breaks his bat he shall be required to hit with the stump.
