Although I got second extension and I came here in Feb 2004. As per recent High Court decision, what would happen now? Do we need to appeal or re-apply for ILR or what?

My visa status affect my a great deal, my employment contract was changed fr permanent into term contract, which have limited benefits at work and less job security, even I believe I am one of the hardest worker in the org. it's so not fair!

It is quite ironic that the same Home office that would not hire anybody with a restrictive visa such as HSMP,is equally expecting those on the programe to look for a Ј40,000 pay Job in the open market, to be able to qualify for extension or ILR.
